  2. i agre with you Alexa. Announcements should talk about why kids get chosen for caught in the act, and maby some examples of how they could.ex; helping a classmate on his or her work.

  3. For the announcement staff, they can say a slogan like: Get caught in the act more often and you'll soon make a mall local change to a global change. Maybe something like that.

    1. And also I'd like to add on to what Sloane and Alexa said, another way to get a caught in the act award is that you can pick up some trash to keep the school clean, because no offence but our school isn't really doing well with environmental issues such as trash around in our school, or putting the wrong item into the wrong bin.

    2. Agreed. But we need to make sure to make a catchy slogan so that we can grab the student's attention and listen to what we are saying.

  4. I think our posters should inspire other people to make a difference even if their names are not getting put in the caught in the act jar. For example people should just do the right thing because it is the right thing, not because they want everybody to know that they did something well.

  5. For the announcements connecting to what Alexa had suggested, maybe we should consider reviewing the rules with the school community and how to get your name drawn from the jar. Also, we should discuss and brainstorm a bunch of strategies to encourage everyone to participate. We can make different statements for the announcement people to say to draw the students attention and get them more evolved!

  6. I think the posters and the announcements should be attention grabbing. Especially the announcements because people don't normally pay too much attention during announcements. Also it is the same for posters if they don't look interesting people will just walk right past it and not pay any attention.

    1. Macy, I agree with you because I know from my schema that lots of kids don't always listen to the announcements.

  7. You can be nominated for caught in the act by going out of your way to help someone. Also, for picking up litter so our school is clean.

  9. this is an anouncment idea that we all came up with:

Good morining staff students and parents were members of the btc student commity were here to talk to you about caught in the act, this year were taking It one step further by upgrading our actions towards other students. Some simple actions you can do is playing with someone who is lonley, helping out a teacher during your free time picking up trash off the school ground ect. 4 students will be chosen each time. If we see students acheving these goals then we will consider 2 jars 1 for primary and 1 for the jr division . Remember do good things because you want to not because a teacher is watching you. Thank you

    1. I agree with you Alexa. Not only can we inform parents but also students. We can maybe put up some posters on some of the entrances that are in our school

  14. students should be nominated for caught in the act because they are doing something out of the kindness of their heart not because a teacher is watching.

  15. I think not only the primary students should be picked out 90% of the time but the teachers should also put some junior's student's name too
